Before starting EastPhp close all the other IP Servers running in your computer.

Some Windows OS are configured so that Internet Information Server (IIS) auto start and runs as a default server. In that case close it.
If there are Database Servers running, close all of them.
Follow the steps shown below to activate EasyPhp server:-
Click Start->Programs->EasyPhp->EasyPhp.exe
EasyPhp start up form will appear.
Wait till Apache and MySql started "green lights" appear.
Then click the minimize button
EasyPhp icon will appear in the right hand corner of the status bar.
Now the server is ready to do its job.

public_html means my primary domain name. Right? which one is my primary domain name. and i can't play the Hello.php file what u showing example in the browsers (IE ,Mozilla, Opera)

I'm sorry for disturb u , that's my first testing of php so i don't know about it , i don't know which is my local server's root folder ( public_html folder)

click on the Apache button and you can restart Apache seperately, a drop down list will appear and you have to select start.

how can i make starting that coz the apache show red light now? Yesterday it showed green light, MySQL too,and i can't starting it . But today it show red ,i'm so dizzy for that .

You cannot click that file, you have to place the php file in your local server's root folder (say public_html folder).
Then call that file from your browser like:- http://localhost/myfile.php

i can't starting php when i installing and click that file. help me plz
